Welcome to ROC-USA!

ROC-USA stands for Representative of the Citizens of the United States of America.

The primary goal of ROC-USA is to hold public officials, particularly members of the US Congress, accountable to their oath of office.

Here is the oath of office every member of the US Congress must take, as per the US Code:

TITLE 5 > PART III > Subpart B > CHAPTER 33 > SUBCHAPTER II > § 3331

§ 3331. Oath of office

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath: “I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter."

We believe there is a treasonous breach of this oath, particularly the part outlined in bold type above, by every member of Congress who does not call for the immediate impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice-President Richard B. Cheney.

The grounds for impeachment, according to ROC-USA, is for carrying out false flag attacks against innocent US citizens on 9/11/01. The evidence for impeachment is outlined in a letter (published on this web site in full on the page titled "Evidence of 9/11 False Flag Attacks") that was fax'd to every member of the US Senate on 9/20/07 and every member of the US House of Representatives on 10/14/07.
